The joint creativity festival of the small Baltic nations, BalticBest, has undergone a thorough makeover – and now entries can be submitted for judging completely free of charge.

The goal is to make the competition more accessible, more useful and more valuable to agencies, clients, studios, filmmakers, designers, media agencies, and independent creative professionals from the Baltic states and other small nations.
BalticBest is built on one simple idea: small countries compete against other small countries. The challenges are similar – smaller budgets and teams, more demanding clients, and greater pressure to make every idea work harder. But small countries are also where big creative ideas are born. BalticBest exists to find them.

BalticBest is the Mother of Baltic creativity festivals.
We invite all winners and finalists from local creativity, advertising, marketing, design, film and communications competitions across the Baltic states and other small nations to enter BalticBest 2026 free of charge.
Entries are welcome from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Slovenia, Croatia, Malta, Iceland, Cyprus, Luxembourg, and other smaller markets – because the festival’s purpose is to compare work created under similar market conditions.
Entry deadline (extended): 2 September 2026
Shortlist announcement: 9 September 2026
Why enter?
BalticBest is a one-of-a-kind competition.
In 2026, judging will take place over two days, giving evaluators more time for discussion, analysis and meaningful feedback.
All shortlisted entries will be judged by an international jury via live online stream on 15–16 September 2026. This means the jury will discuss the work, provide feedback and vote in real time.
Winners will be announced at the Baltic Brand Forum on 25 September 2026. This is what sets BalticBest apart from most creativity festivals: participants get to genuinely hear how the jury thinks, what they value, and why certain work wins.
Access to live judging
Entry is free, but agencies and teams can purchase access to the jury sessions and video recordings of the judging sessions.
Team pass: €300
This gives your entire team access to the live jury streams and recordings of all judging sessions.
For agencies, this is an invaluable learning tool.
Your team gets to see how international judges evaluate creative work, which ideas stand out the most, and what mindset separates good work from winning work.
Trophy fee: €300
Bronze, Silver or Gold award winners pay a separate trophy fee of €300 per award.
Awards ceremony
BalticBest winners will be celebrated at the Baltic Brand Forum in Riga on 25 September, in front of an audience of more than 700 Baltic marketing professionals.
