This year we have a new winner: McCann Riga is the best agency in the Baltics! The best in Lithuania is Fabula Rud Pedersen and the best in Estonia is Kontuur Leo Burnett.
Best Marketing has published the Baltic Agency Ranking since 2014, this year will be the 12th time of the ranking table. The ranking indicates the creative excellence of advertising/communications/design agencies and is based on award wins from different competitions.
Last year, McCann Riga were ranked #9. Over the history of the ranking, Magic (previously DDB Latvia), Not Perfect Vilnius (Lithuania), and Milk (Lithuania) have each won the title three times, while Optimist (Estonia) and Tabasco (Estonia) have won it once.
This time, we’re publishing the top 8 agencies in ranked order – these TOP 8 clearly stood above the rest. Because the point differences among the remaining 5–6 agencies were very close, we decided not to rank them.

“To stand out in the rankings, an agency must perform well at every level – local, regional, and European. Often, juries at different festivals share similar favourites (for example, The Stalker Challenge by Fabula Rud Pedersen). But, surprisingly, Kontuur Leo Burnett’s work that succeeded internationally was not recognised locally in Estonia,” commented Hando Sinisalu, the analyst behind the ranking table.
