The Baltic Agency of the Year 2018 was announced on August 31 during the Balticbest ceremony in Tallinn, EstoniaFor the 1st time the award went to Latvia. In previous years, Lithuanian agencies MILK and Not Pefect have won the title.

The points were given based on the Bronze/Silver/Gold/GP (no shortlist) wins at local and regional festivals (such as Kuldmuna, Adwards, Adrenalinas, Golden Drum, White Square, etc) and for medals and also shortlists at European and Global Festivals (such as Cannes Lions, EPICA, Clio, Golden Drum, etc).
The 5th Balticbest International Festival of Creativity took place in Tallinn Film Museum, Estonia.
The organizer of Balticbest is Best Marketing (Äripäev AS), the main sponsor is Eesti Meedia.
